Obtaining social support measures in the Krasnoyarsk Territory has been simplified

December 19 14:52

In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, simplification of the process of obtaining social support measures for the population continues. The day before, at the last meeting of the session of the Legislative Assembly of the region in 2025, a bill was passed that simplifies the confirmation of the status of a large family using the new digital service MAX.

The Minister of Social Policy of the region, Irina Pastukhova, told deputies of parliament that now it is possible to confirm having many children through the MFC, by receiving the appropriate certificate or by applying for a QR code on the Public Services portal. The bill expands this list to include the use of the MAX digital ID platform.

Parents with many children will be the first to appreciate how convenient it will be to receive services: now you will not need to carry paper documents with you, just show a barcode or confirmation in the application. The implementation of the bill will not require additional funds from the regional budget; all technical capabilities have already been provided at the federal level.

Chairman of the profile committee Ilya Zaitsev noted that the document will be the first to offer services through a national messenger. In the future, the new format for confirming benefits will apply to other benefit categories. For example, already now in test mode you can use it to make an appointment with a doctor in the Krasnoyarsk Territory.

“The main logic of many bills is to simplify the process of receiving social support measures; we are talking about this within the framework of the participation of the Krasnoyarsk Territory in the “State for the People” project. To make it as easy as possible for large families to receive social support measures, today another step has been taken: families will be able to confirm their status proactively. The parent will check the box once, agreeing to receive social support, and in the future this will happen automatically,” the deputy explained.

Between the first and second readings, the category of benefit recipients was expanded, adding combat veterans, which included participants in a special military operation.

“The logic of the changes is this: if the state has the necessary information and mechanisms for obtaining interdepartmental information, then why are we driving people around, forcing them to collect certain documents that departments can collect themselves?” noted Ilya Zaitsev.
