In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, a resident of the village of Ermakovskoye complained to the regional Rospotrebnadzor about a local shopping center where they refused to sell him an electric razor brush.
According to the man, to demonstrate and select a product, the seller placed in front of him a box with many electric brushes. Due to poor eyesight, he asked the seller to help him choose a product. However, the seller refused to help him and took the box of goods from him.
The department noted that this is a violation of the requirements of the Rules for the sale of goods in retail trade.
Based on this fact, the entrepreneur was given a warning about the inadmissibility of violating mandatory legal requirements.
