In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, modules are being built for mini-plants for processing rapeseed. On the territory of agricultural enterprises, Agroexport LLC is building three facilities for the production of rapeseed oil and cake for export.
One of these facilities in the Nazarovsky Municipal District was visited by Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Krasnoyarsk Territory Leonid Shorokhov. Representatives of the region's agro-industrial enterprises, the region's Ministry of Agriculture and the Krasnoyarsk branch of the Federal State Budgetary Institution “TsK Agroindustrial Complex” also got acquainted with the production.
At ZAO Nazarovskoye, located in the village of Stepnoy, the construction of a workshop has been completed and commissioning work is underway. The capacity of this production is about 72 tons per day.
The construction of two mini-plants with a capacity of 72 tons per day each is also underway – in the Balakhtinsko-Novoselovsky (JSC Siberia) and Idrinsko-Krasnoturansky (JSC Tubinsk) municipal districts. The facilities are planned to be put into operation within two months.
“Within the year, together with regional agricultural enterprises, we plan to create 10 more mini-factories with a total production capacity for processing rapeseed seeds of 1,152 tons per day or 380.2 thousand tons per year. This compact production allows you to process a large volume of raw materials. Oil and cake will be exported to China,” said Artem Shkuratov, director of Agroexport LLC.
To provide optimal logistics routes for agricultural producers, the company plans to create mini-productions in the Sharypovsky, Uzhursky, Kazachinsko-Pirovsky, Irbeysko-Sayansky, and Kansky municipal districts.
“The implementation of such a project in the region is a promising direction. On the one hand, this will provide our farmers with guaranteed sales of their products. On the other hand, increasing processing capacity will increase the export potential of the region. All this corresponds to the tasks set by the governor of the region for the successful implementation of national projects to strengthen the agro-industrial complex and develop exports,” said Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Krasnoyarsk Territory Leonid Shorokhov.
According to the results of last year, the Krasnoyarsk Territory is in second place among Russian regions in terms of gross harvest of rapeseed. In 2025, 511 thousand tons of rapeseed oilseeds were threshed in the region. The key task of the development of the agricultural complex is to organize the processing of rapeseed grown by regional agricultural producers in the region in order to produce value-added products.
The opening of mini-factories is the first stage in the development of processing capacities in the region. The second stage in the region is the construction of an oil extraction plant with a capacity of more than 250 thousand tons of rapeseed processing per year using innovative technology for the production of high-quality oil and meal.
