Kansk public transport has been replenished with 30 new buses

December 19 15:40

The renewal of public transport continues in the Krasnoyarsk Territory. 30 new buses were handed over to Kansk. The governor of the region, Mikhail Kotyukov, announced this on his social networks.

New PAZs will operate in Kansk on municipal routes. Today they are already on line. One of the routes, No. 22, connects the village of Stroiteley and the Solnechny microdistrict.

“Modern Vector buses are equipped with cashless payment terminals – this is important for city residents who complained to me on the direct line that many Kansk buses only accept cash. In addition, the new transport has created conditions for the transportation of passengers with limited mobility,” noted Mikhail Kotyukov.

In total, in 2025, within the framework of regional programs and the national project “Infrastructure for Life”, 214 buses were purchased for the territories of the region.

Let us remind you that as part of the preparation of Krasnoyarsk for the 400th anniversary, on the initiative of the regional governor Mikhail Kotyukov, the Minsk Automobile Plant manufactured 150 buses specifically for the city using environmentally friendly gas engine fuel.

Gas-powered buses enter the line as they arrive in Krasnoyarsk and are equipped. Currently, they carry passengers on city routes: No. 10, 12, 18, 19, 31, 37, 55, 56, 95. In addition, they are planned to be used on routes No. 6 and 22. The new transport is recognizable: the body is blue with the coat of arms of Krasnoyarsk and the inscription “Yenisei”.
