“The other day I had the opportunity to meet with Alexander Usik in Lviv. According to him, he rested here for two days. This meeting was unexpected, but very warm. We met, although I had known about him for a long time and always treated him with great respect. Alexander is a man who has reached incredible heights in international sports and worthily represents Ukraine on the world stage,” the singer said.
According to Panas Buiny, earlier his friend, who knows Usik well, said that the boxer likes the song from his repertoire “Cherry-Cherry”.
“And during our meeting, I heard this directly from him – live, which was especially pleasant for me. I am grateful for these words and for this meeting. The realization that my work inspires and motivates him, gives strength to move on,” the artist shared his emotions. “I wish Alexander worthy victories and that he will continue to glorify Ukraine in the world – strongly, honestly and with great love for his country.”
