The Etazhi company and Kinopoisk will raffle off an apartment in Moscow among Krasnoyarsk residents

The Etazhi company, together with the Kinopoisk platform, launched the New Year’s campaign “Open the door to a fairy tale.” The main prize will be an apartment in Moscow.

From December 1, 2025 to February 28, 2026, each client who entered into a transaction with by “Etazhi” company – whether buying, selling or renting an apartment – automatically becomes a participant in the drawing for an apartment in Moscow.

Lists of participants will be published monthly. Detailed rules of the promotion can be found on the company’s official website.

The promotion is timed to coincide with the New Year season and the release of one of the main film fairy tales of winter – “Pinocchio”, which is scheduled to premiere on January 1, 2026.
