In Krasnoyarsk, a family was evicted from a comfortable municipal apartment into a hostel for debts on utility services. This was reported by the regional bailiff service.
A woman and her adult son lived in an apartment in the Sverdlovsk region under a social tenancy agreement. They did not pay for housing and communal services for six months and accumulated debt, which served as the basis for a lawsuit from the district administration.

The court decided to evict the family and provide them with other housing under a social rental agreement. After the decision came into force, the debtors were required to vacate the premises. Since the mother and son ignored him, the bailiff charged them an enforcement fee of 5 thousand rubles and warned them of administrative liability.
As a result, the family paid the fee, removed the things themselves and handed over the keys to the apartment to the administration representative. Their new place of residence was a hostel, also provided under a social rental agreement.
