A resident of Krasnoyarsk received five days of arrest for an unpaid loan debt

Bailiffs in Krasnoyarsk ininitiated enforcement proceedings against a local resident for an outstanding loan.

The debtor's bank accounts were seized, but due to the lack of stable official income, write-offs occurred rarely and in small amounts.

“The bailiffs issued seven administrative protocols against the man under Art. 20.25 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation for evading the execution of administrative penalties within the prescribed period by issuing fines to him,” – told in ManagementAnd federal withbailiff services around the region.

However, despite the established fines, the Krasnoyarsk resident continued to ignore payment of the debt. As a result, the bailiffs seized the man’s car, issued a decision,increasing the amount of debt to 200 thousand rubles, and sentenced him to five days of administrative arrest.

After serving his arrest, the man repaid the entire debt, the department specified.
