The top five leaders in cigarette consumption also include the Jewish Autonomous Region (US$108 thousand, an increase of 7%) and the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug (US$103 thousand, a decrease of 1%).

The least amount of cigarettes are bought in Ingushetia – there were almost 2 thousand conventional packs per 1 thousand inhabitants. At the same time, analysts note that over the year consumption in the region increased by 54%. Next comes Chechnya, where there were 3 thousand USD per 1 thousand inhabitants, and consumption in the republic increased by 83%. The top three is closed by Dagestan (almost 10 thousand USD, an increase of 2%).

The top 5 least smoking Russian regions also included Kabardino-Balkaria (15 thousand USD, an increase of 25%) and North Ossetia (almost 24 thousand USD, an increase of 23%).
