
Very often during the transition season, the skin lacks deep hydration and natural nutrition. But the “beauty expert” of the Zen channel “Woman” (12+) shared a recipe for an excellent mask that will help solve both problems.
The secret is simple oatmeal. The flakes themselves may not give a “wow” result, although they can soften and nourish the skin. But it would be even better to “revive” them with nutritional components.
Step by step instructions:
Take 1 tablespoon of ground oatmeal, pour two tablespoons of thick yogurt without additives. Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes – the flakes should absorb moisture. Mix in three drops of honey and olive oil and sprinkle on a little lemon juice for brightening and radiance.
After the first use, the skin will become soft, moisturized and noticeably fresher. And with regular care, your face will look like it’s from the cover of a magazine.
Important: if you are intolerant to honey, citrus fruits or other components, it is better not to use such a mask. Be sure to consult a specialist.
