The man had to be detained by police and special forces of the Russian Guard. A criminal case was opened against him under Part 3 of Art. 30, pp. “a”, “e”, “i” part 2 art. 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (attempted murder of two or more persons, committed in a generally dangerous manner out of hooligan motives).
In the near future, a preventive measure will be chosen for the man. Investigators insist on taking him into custody. In a criminal case, the necessary investigative actions are carried out aimed at establishing all the circumstances of the incident. The police previously reported that the attacker had already been conditionally convicted of intentional damage to someone else's property and arbitrariness.
