A single open day is spent to tell high school students about professions using quizzes and master classes, as well as on the conditions of admission to certain specialties. The Professor for All project is a regional program created for the interaction of educational institutions and large enterprises to train specialists with a necessary set of competencies for a request from employers. This allows young specialists to easily join the work after graduation in the chosen specialty.

Now the hydroelectric power station is undergoing large -scale modernization, the equipment is changing to the most modern. High school students were invited on an excursion to the station to see it with their own eyes.

Already this year, the Krasnoyarsk hydroelectric power station wants to create an educational and production cluster “Energostar” on the basis of the Divnogorsk hydropower technical school. In 2025, the company's budget provides for 20 million rubles. to improve the material and technical base, advanced training of cluster workers. This will make it possible to conclude targeted contracts for training with the Krasnoyarsk hydroelectric power station for students who will select for training the specialty “Electric Stations, Networks, their Rage Protection” and “Automation and hydropower plants”. This will give them the opportunity not to worry about employment and receive an additional scholarship.

“At the Krasnoyarsk hydroelectric power station there is no huge shortage of personnel. However, we, like any large enterprise, are interested in the fact that young talented specialists come to us. And so that the level, the quality of their preparation meets our requirements. Therefore, the development of professionality today is a priority task for us, ”said the director of the Krasnoyarsk hydroelectric power station EN+ Stanislav Legeneza.

Recall that the Divnogorsky hydropower college has long been cooperating with the Krasnoyarsk hydroelectric power station. Since 2023, the Energy Energy Laboratory has been working here. It has become a practical base for dating students with high -tech processes of management of hydroelectric power stations.
