In Achinsk, Krasnoyarsk Territory, two 19-year-old employees of one of the nightclubs became defendants in a criminal case for stealing money from a bank account.

The victim of the crime was a 19-year-old local resident, who at the beginning of last month was relaxing with friends in an entertainment establishment and lost her your credit card. However, the girl did not block her, and three weeks later she received an SMS notification that more than 5,500 rubles had been written off from her account.
“The police found out that a nightclub employee found the bank card and told her colleague about it. The attackers took advantage of the find three weeks later, paying for the goods in their own establishment,” said the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
For committing a crime under paragraph “g” of Part 3 of Art. 158 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, suspects face: a fine of up to 500 thousand rubles; or forced labor; or imprisonment for up to 6 years. During the investigation, both were given a preventive measure in the form of a written undertaking not to leave the place and proper behavior. They had no previous convictions.
