Making “Fox Fur Coat” is very simple. First, boil until tender and peel the potatoes, carrots and eggs. Then lay out the ingredients in the following order: grated potatoes, a layer of mayonnaise, grated carrots, mayonnaise again, sliced fish fillet, mayonnaise, fresh cucumber, sliced, mayonnaise, pickled onions, rings, mayonnaise, grated eggs, mayonnaise, red fish, mayonnaise and, finally, grated cheese.
