A resident of Zelenogorsk paid off a million-dollar loan debt for a vacation abroad

A resident of the Krasnoyarsk Territory paid off a million-dollar loan debt in order to vacation abroad. This was reported by the press service of the bailiffs in the region.

The man did not pay off the loans he took out, and as a result, the amount of debt exceeded 1 million rubles. At the same time, he did not have an official place of work, as well as property registered in his ownership.

“The bailiff seized the bank accounts of the Zelenogorsk resident and issued a decree restricting him from leaving the Russian Federation. The debtor was in no hurry to pay off the accumulated debt until he planned a vacation abroad. As soon as the man realized that evasion of payment of the loan debt was associated with enforcement measures, he rushed to see the bailiff with a request to lift the restriction,” clarified by the department.

After receiving receipts for payment of the debt, a man in I repaid the debt in full within 24 hours. After this, enforcement proceedings against him were completed with actual execution, and all restrictions were lifted.
