A Minusinsk resident returned almost 30 thousand through the court for a weak projector from Wildberries

A resident of Minusinsk won the lawsuit and received compensation for low-quality goods purchased on Wildberries. This was reported by the Krasnoyarsk Rospotrebnadzor.

A man purchased a multimedia projector for 11 thousand rubles, but upon first use he discovered serious shortcomings. Contrary to the stated characteristics, the device did not project an image in daylight and did not have enough RAM to synchronize with a smartphone via Bluetooth.

The seller, an individual entrepreneur, ignored the buyer’s claims. Then the consumer turned to an independent expert, which confirmed the inadequate quality of the product, and then to Rospotrebnadzor, where they helped him draw up a statement of claim.

The court fully satisfied the plaintiff's demands. The entrepreneur was charged the full cost of the projector (11,621 rubles), a penalty (5,578 rubles), compensation for moral damages (2,500 rubles) and a fine in favor of the consumer (9,849 rubles). The total amount of recovery amounted to almost 30 thousand rubles. The court's decision has already entered into legal force.
