We handed over draft documents to the United States and the North Atlantic Alliance that were aimed at agreeing on security guarantees in the western direction,” Lavrov said.
He also claims that at the moment Russia allegedly does not harbor any aggressive plans against NATO members and EU countries, the TASS propaganda agency reports.
“We are ready to set out the corresponding guarantees in writing in a legal document. Of course, on a collective, mutual basis,” Lavrov said. At the same time, he stated that a “militaristic frenzy” allegedly reigns in Europe now, and repeated the words of the illegitimate Russian President Vladimir Putin that if European countries decide to fight with Russia, then Moscow is ready for this “even now.”
