It was established that on the night of April 6 to 7, father and son drank alcoholic beverages at home. At some point, the son began to blame his father for abusing his alcohol and offending his mother. Hearing the insults in response, he hid the grudge and left the house, deciding to stick a relative on the street. In the courtyard, the man pushed his father to the ground and severely beat. As a result of injuries, the victim lost consciousness and ended up in a hospital, where he died 10 days later.

After the death of the 59-year-old Krasnoyarsk, a criminal case was opened, but for a long time it remained unsolved. Law enforcement officers managed to establish the identity of the criminal as part of the work on the investigation of crimes of past years. After they repeatedly interrogated the witnesses and relatives of the deceased man.

“We received information about the possible involvement in the commission of the crime of the son of the deceased – conflicts regularly arose between men. Given the evidence obtained, a list of issues for conducting a psychophysiological study was formulated, as a result of which significant reactions regarding the circumstances of the crime were revealed from the defendant, ”the Investigative Committee said.

Under the weight of the evidence presented, the man admitted to his deed. When checking the testimony on the spot, the defendant spoke in detail about the circumstances of the incident.

Currently, the criminal case was sent to the prosecutor to approve the indictment and subsequent referral to the court for consideration on the merits.
