In Krasnoyarsk, three women will judge 100 people who wanted to receive a loan.

The prosecutor’s office said that the story began in February 2023, when the three friends of 32, 37 and 38 years old who previously worked as managers in a credit company decided to open their own “business”. All of them, according to the supervisory authority, were young mothers. Women registered Invest Finance LLC and rented an office on a take -off.

Using the data from the System ECB website, the nuns identified Krasnoyarsk residents who received refusals in banks. They phoned potential sacrifices, invited to the office and convinced that they were working with banks. “The loan is already approved, you just need to pay the commission from 30 to 50 thousand rubles,” they assured customers. The size of the “contribution” was varied depending on the appearance and suppleness of a person. The leader of the group even gave friends professional advice: “Learn to hypnotize customers, look in their eyes,” the press service said.

Having received money from customers, women sent them to the bank. It turned out that there is no loan approval, and “brokers” with banks do not cooperate.

For a year and a half, 100 people became customers of deceivers, enriching attackers for 3.5 million rubles.

After the initiation of a criminal case, 2.2 million rubles were seized from one of the women in cash. All three accounts were seized for 1 million rubles. Part of the funds – about 700 thousand rubles – women were returned voluntarily to the victims.

The Prosecutor's Office of the region approved women charges of fraud (part 4 of article 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). They face up to 10 years in prison.
