Irina Bescuca (Photo), co-founder of the Dream&Act school, has built in the last 12 years, together with the team, a space where the techniques used in acting become tools for those who want to speak more freely in public and manage their emotions with more confidence. Under the guidance of Irina and her colleagues, stage fright turns into courage through playful exercises, improvisation and practical methods, applied both in courses for individuals and in training and team building for companies.
To take the business to the next level, the Dream&Act team turned to a funding from BT Smalla decision that proved essential for the expansion of the team and the development of the training area for companies.
