Ingredients:
- five boiled potatoes;
- five raw potatoes;
- 4 tbsp. l. starch;
- 4 tbsp. l. flour;
- 1 tsp. salt;
- 1⁄2 tsp. pepper;
- minced meat to taste;
- several onions;
- 100 g smoked brisket.
Preparation
- Boil the potatoes in their skins until tender.
- Grate the raw potatoes and squeeze out the excess liquid. Mix it together with boiled potatoes, add flour, starch, pepper and salt.
- Fry the minced meat with onions and add to the potato mixture.
- Form meatballs with your hands and bread them in flour.
- Boil the products in boiling salted water until the meatballs float to the surface.
- To fry, finely chop the onion and brisket, fry and serve with meatballs.
