Before the Iranian attack on the US airbase, Russia took satellite images of it three times – Zelensky

According to the intelligence report, Russian satellites took pictures of the object on March 20th, 23rd and 25th. And already on March 26, Iran attacked the base, Zelensky noted.

He said that, based on Ukraine's experience, Russia's repeated photographing of objects over several days is a sign of planning an attack. During the first photograph, the Russians are preparing, the second photograph is something of a simulation, and the third is a sign that the Russian Federation will strike in a day or two.

The president is also convinced of the interaction between Iran and the Russian Federation. He stressed that Moscow is sharing information and “100%” helping Tehran.

On the same day in X, he published a message about intelligence data according to which American military installations in the Middle East and the Persian Gulf region were photographed by Russian satellites in the interests of Iran. This included images of the joint US-British military installation at Diego Garcia, located in the Chagoss Archipelago in the Indian Ocean, Kuwait International Airport and parts of the infrastructure of the Greater Burgan Oil Field, an air base in Saudi Arabia, the Shaiba oil and gas field in Saudi Arabia, Ingirlik Air Base in Turkey and Al Udeid Air Base in Qatar.
