Restaurants “Dze” and “Dzeimi” in Krasnoyarsk presented their New Year's menu.

In Georgia, as in Russia, the New Year's table must be rich – so that there is not enough space to put the dishes! Snacks, salads, hot and sweet: holiday menus from brand chef Mikhail Mikhailov in two Georgian houses “Dze” and “Dzeimi” meet all requirements. A fusion of Caucasian gastronomic traditions with ours, local and seasonal products – check out the new products:

  • Whipped sour cream with red caviar and lightly salted cucumbers
  • Olyutorsky herring with potatoes and pickled onions
  • Bull shin jellied meat with whipped horseradish
  • Gurian cabbage with dzhonjoli, tsitsak pepper, nuts and Kakhetian oil
  • Grilled broccoli with nut cream
  • Kutab with farm potatoes and wild mushrooms
  • Spinach and new potatoes with mushrooms in ketsi
  • Olivier with tongue and beef
  • Salad with persimmons, dried plums, sheep cheese and pecans
  • Georgian Solyanka with salted lemons and red beans
  • Khachapuri with whipped sour cream and caviar
  • Beef Stroganoff from Khakass bull with mashed potatoes and tkemali
  • Duck leg confit with Gurian cabbage
  • Bird cherry cake with persimmon and vanilla mousse on matsoni

Also available for large groups are wild grilled salmon and roast beef with porcini mushroom sauce.
