For almost 20 years a foreigner hid from punishment for the murder of a Krasnoyarsk outside of Russia

A foreign citizen was accused of killing a Krasnoyarsk committed 19 years ago. This was told in the SK of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.

According to investigators, in October 2006, the company of men rested in a cafe on Norilskaya. One of them began to expressly express himself against a foreigner, insulting him on a national basis. He was offended and asked the man to go out on the street for a conversation. When the acquaintances remained together, the accused strangled the offender. After the murder, the foreigner disappeared from the scene. Then he left Russia and returned to his homeland to avoid criminal liability.

A criminal case was opened on the fact of the murder. However, it was not possible to find a foreigner then, despite the fact that he was put on the federal wanted list. The preliminary investigation was suspended.

For 19 years, the man was hiding outside of Russia. In 2025, he returned to the country. Law enforcement officers learned about this. They detained a foreigner in the Kaluga region in June, and then delivered to Krasnoyarsk.

Also, in the framework of work on the disclosure of crimes of past years, law enforcement officers additionally interviewed witnesses. The hostess of the cafe and the acquaintance of the deceased confirmed that before what happened to the accused and the deceased had a conflict.

The man pleaded guilty and spoke in detail about the circumstances of that evening. He was detained.
