In Nazarovo, a schoolgirl for 1600 rubles became a defendant of the first in the region of a criminal case of dropper

In Nazarovo, the Krasnoyarsk Territory, a criminal case was instituted on the unlawful turnover of payments, the police said.

The girl found an announcement about work on social networks and decided to earn extra money on the Internet. She contacted the employer who asked to transfer data from her bank card to which the money would come. The girl just had to transfer a certain amount to other accounts, and leave part of the amount to herself.

A few days later, the police department No. 8 of Krasnoyarsk received a fraud statement. It turned out that the Nazarovskaya schoolgirl was involved in this incident. Through her card, the money of the victim was transferred. Then she transferred them to other accounts indicated by the employer, leaving herself only 1600 rubles.

In relation to the girl, the investigators of the Nazarovsky police opened a criminal case under Part 4 of Art. 187 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Unfinitely turnover of payment funds.” The sanction of the article implies the maximum punishment in the form of imprisonment for up to three years, writes the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
