The average bribe size has increased in the Krasnoyarsk Territory from 236 thousand rubles to 1.5 million rublesregional prosecutor Roman Tyutyunik said at a press conference dedicated to the fight against corruption.
The largest bribe exceeded 100 million rubles. It was received by the mayor of Krasnoyarsk, Vladislav Loginov (investigators at the time of arrest cited the amount as more than 180 million rubles). Also among the records of this year is the bribe received by the former general director of the Siberian Center of the FMBA of Russia – 6.7 million rubles.
In total, in 2025, more than 400 people were identified who committed 550 corruption crimes. Of these, 330 facts are bribery. According to the prosecutor's office, every third bribe in the Siberian Federal District was received in the Krasnoyarsk Territory. The prosecutor named public services, healthcare, procurement and management of land and state forest funds as the most corrupt areas.
“Among the persons brought to criminal responsibility with criminal cases sent to court are 35 who committed crimes as part of organized groups: 11 government officials and 15 persons of special legal status,” added the head of the investigative department of the RF Investigative Committee for the Krasnoyarsk Territory and Khakassia, Alexey Eremin.
Investigators note that bribes include not only money, but also other property, including a mobile table for hairdressing services, navigators, a Toyota car, auto parts for a BMW car, a set of winter tires, a smartphone, an all-terrain vehicle and a trailer, wood, a cedar house, as well as the provision of services in the form of payment for air tickets, repair and painting of a Toyota car.
During the year, more than 220 people were convicted of corruption crimes. More than 60 million rubles were confiscated to the state.
“The consistently high number of people involved indicates that imprisonment is no longer a deterrent for many. Therefore, we focus on the complete seizure of illegally acquired property,” the prosecutor emphasized.
