In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the driver received 5 days of arrest for leaving the place of accidents with the participation of the Velosipedist, the traffic police said.
The accident occurred on the afternoon of July 23 in Minusinsk. A 29-year-old man on the VAZ-210740 rode along Timiryazev Street in the direction of Tregubenko and shot down an 11-year-old child. The boy on a bicycle, without dismounting, crossed the road along an unregulated crossing.
The driver stopped. He and his wife talked with the boy’s mother on the phone. After that, they left without waiting for the police and ambulance.
“Later, the child’s mother and ambulance, which eyewitnesses called, came to the scene. Mom and the boy went to the hospital for an examination, where the child was provided with medical care, ”the press service said.
The identity of the driver was quickly established. It turned out that the man had never received his rights, but several times he was brought to administrative responsibility.
“On the fact of leaving the place of accident in relation to the driver, administrative material was drawn up under Part 2 of Art. 12.27 Administrative Code of the Russian Federation. The court, having examined the case file, sentenced him to an administrative arrest for a period of 5 days, ”the press service said.
