At the next session of the Norilsk City Council, deputies will adjust the “standards” in the field of local self-government

These issues became the subject of discussion today at a meeting of the relevant parliamentary commission.

One of the changes will affect the Regulations on the Award Policy: the appearance of the elements of the form of the certificate of honor of the head of the city of Norilsk is being clarified, as well as changing the sample forms of the letter of gratitude and diploma of the head of the city of Norilsk (the awards will lead to a unified style and color scheme).

It is also necessary to approve a new Regulation on the perpetuation of the memory of citizens and historical events on the territory of Norilsk. The updated document was prepared in order to regulate the procedures and also provides for the perpetuation of the memory of the deceased (deceased) participants of the SVO. The new Regulations reflect all the mechanisms for making decisions on perpetuating the memory of citizens and historical events.

Another document that needs to be approved is the Regulations on the taking of the oath by the head of the city of Norilsk upon taking office. The document spells out the specifics of organizing and conducting the inauguration, as well as the text of the oath itself.

In addition, in accordance with the latest changes to the Charter of the city of Norilsk, it is necessary to adjust the current regulations of the City Council: changes must be made to the articles related to the procedure for electing the head of the city of Norilsk, as well as the determination of two deputy chairmen of the Norilsk City Council of Deputies.

Members of the commission on legality and local self-government agreed on the presented adjustments, recommending their approval at the next session of the local parliament.
