Products

  • 400 g champignons;
  • 250 g crab sticks;
  • 150 g hard cheese;
  • 4 boiled eggs;
  • 1 onion;
  • green onions;
  • mayonnaise to taste.

Preparation

  1. Cut the mushrooms into cubes and fry. Wait for the moisture to evaporate.
  2. In a separate pan, fry the diced onion until golden. Add mushrooms and continue sautéing. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Form a salad. To do this, place the mushrooms in the first layer. Sprinkle them with finely chopped onion. Apply mayonnaise mesh on top.
  4. Grate the boiled eggs on top. Lubricate the eggs with mayonnaise.
