Products
- 400 g champignons;
- 250 g crab sticks;
- 150 g hard cheese;
- 4 boiled eggs;
- 1 onion;
- green onions;
- mayonnaise to taste.
Preparation
- Cut the mushrooms into cubes and fry. Wait for the moisture to evaporate.
- In a separate pan, fry the diced onion until golden. Add mushrooms and continue sautéing. Season with salt and pepper.
- Form a salad. To do this, place the mushrooms in the first layer. Sprinkle them with finely chopped onion. Apply mayonnaise mesh on top.
- Grate the boiled eggs on top. Lubricate the eggs with mayonnaise.
- Chop crab sticks. Place them on the onion and brush with mayonnaise.
- Grate hard cheese. Place on top of crab sticks. Apply mayonnaise mesh.
- Place the snack cake in the refrigerator for several hours so that all layers are saturated with mayonnaise.
- Decorate the salad on top to your liking. You can sprinkle with green onions.
