The Krasnoyarsk company Vertical Mir LLC will be engaged in the project of the fence, and the outbuilding of Rapida LLC from Samara. All work, including the positive conclusions of the state and historical and cultural examination, must be completed by the end of 2025.

“The outbuilding is part of the estate, is of high value. It was built in 1900 by the brother of Vasily Ivanovich and was very popular among visitors. Until the 80s, ordinary Krasnoyarsk resettled here, but then the families were settled, and the building was transferred to the ownership of the estate of V.I. Surikova. The gates and fence were set in 1977-1978, they were not repaired since their creation. After repairing the gate, it will be possible to get not only into the estate itself, but in the future Surikov Center. The second entrance to the estate will appear in the fence on the north side of the territory.

The city hall added that the Vertical Peace LLC is now conducting a project to restore the estate itself.

The wooden two -story house of the 19th century was built of Siberian larch without a single nail. In the building, it is necessary to strengthen the foundation, put in order a log house, shutters, windows. Inside, plaster will be replaced, engineering networks, sanitation will be replaced. The landscape will be put in order, the sidewalk will be updated, and birches will be preserved, which was planted by the great artist in his yard.

It is very important to restore this place, give it an impetus and a new power to development, so that the great legacy is preserved for the future generation, ”said the head of the museum -estate V.I. It should be noted that now in the estate there is an active preparation for the construction of a landmark object for the 400th anniversary of Krasnoyarsk-Surikov Center. It will become a place of events and events of various formats, including educational and patriotic for the younger generation.
