
The poisoning with mercury puffs in Moscow was set up by one of the victims. A man poured toxic metal into a friend’s baked goods because of a woman.
According to Mash, Dmitry B. deliberately broke the thermometer, took mercury into a syringe and added it to puff pastries during a smoke break at work – to take revenge on his rival Sergei G. over a woman. Colleagues too. The man himself didn’t even take a bite of his puff pastry and pretended to be poisoned. But he was quickly identified.
Now Dmitry has been detained and is being interrogated. The capital's Investigative Committee opened a criminal case of attempted murder.
