
If you want a light but satisfying breakfast that doesn't overload your stomach, lifts your spirits, and doesn't require any cooking, this recipe will become your new favorite. It's perfect for weekday mornings when time is short, and for lazy weekend brunches. The main thing is to have cottage cheese on hand, and everything else comes together in just a couple of movements.
What you will need:
Cottage cheese 5–9% – 150 g
Banana – 1 pc.
Greek yogurt without additives – 2 tbsp. spoons
Oatmeal – 1 tbsp. spoon
Honey or maple syrup – 1 teaspoon
A handful of fresh berries or frozen without sugar
Pinch of cinnamon – optional
How to do:
- Mash the banana with a fork until pureed.
- Add cottage cheese and Greek yogurt, mix thoroughly until smooth and creamy.
- Sprinkle with oats, add honey, if using, and cinnamon.
- Place the mixture in a glass cup or glass.
- Top with berries.
- Serve immediately.
