Mix milk with flour in this order – and the dough will be without lumps. Five rules of divine pancakes

The first rule

During the preparation of the dough, always mix separately dry ingredients (flour, soda, sugar, salt), and separately – liquid.

The second rule

So that there are no lumps in the test, the liquid should always be poured into flour. If you pour flour into the liquid, it instantly sticks together in large lumps that are difficult to break.

The third rule

To make the dough the desired consistency, always add the liquid in parts, constantly mixing. The perfect dough for pancakes should be consistent like liquid sour cream or thick cream.

The fourth rule

Do not use soda extinguished by vinegar to prepare pancake dough. Because of this, the pancakes will turn out hard and tasteless.

Fifth rule

Cook pancakes in a special pancake pan. Before baking the first pancake, always well warm the pan, then they will not stick. Lubricate the pan with a thin layer of oil or unsalted fat in front of each pancake, even if the pan is anti -stick. Excess oil can be removed with a paper towel.
