She emphasized that Synevyr is a technically complex facility and that its completion was an important stage in the implementation of the memorandum, despite the challenges of wartime. Stolitsa Group consistently fulfills the obligations specified in the document and ensures the stability of construction processes at all sites.
Work on building No. 23 was carried out during the summer of 2023 – autumn of 2025: carried out facade work, installation of engineering systems, interior finishing work, connection of communications, as well as bringing design and working documentation into compliance with the requirements of current legislation.
April 7, 2021 signed memorandum on the completion of the Arcade facilities. Among its signatories are the head of the Kyiv City State Administration, heads of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine, the Security Service of Ukraine, the Deposit Guarantee Fund for Individuals, PJSC DTEK Kyiv Electric Grids, the Center for the Protection of Kiev Citizens, Stolitsa Group LLC and representatives of investors. The document determined the mechanism for completing the construction of unfinished projects after the bankruptcy of the bank, and Stolitsa Group is one of the parties to the memorandum.
The Synevyr house has become the eighth Arcade facility put into operation after the signing of the memorandum.
