Residents of Yamal have a new way to make an appointment with a doctor. The district launched a digital service that works through a chatbot in the MAX messenger.
As Yamal 1 reports, to register, just send the bot your SNILS number and date of birth. After automatic identification, you can select the doctor’s specialty, date and convenient time.
The service can be used by residents of the region who are affiliated with one of the local clinics.
