Police In all areas of Krasnoyarsk, they checked the compliance with the legislation on the implementation of retail sale of alcoholic products in retail outlets located in residential buildings.
During the raids, it was found that in 35 “Nastavia” alcohol is traded after 23:00 hours, which is prohibited.

Based on the results of inspections in relation to entrepreneurs ignoring the legislation, administrative materials were compiled on the grounds of the composition of the offense under Part 3 of Art. 14.16 Administrative Code of the Russian Federation “Violation of the rules for the sale of ethyl alcohol, alcohol and alcohol -containing products.” The sanction of this article provides for a fine of up to 40 thousand rubles.
In two more retail outlets, the sale of strong alcohol was identified by a person engaged in entrepreneurial activity without the formation of a legal entity. On this fact, materials were collected under Part 2 of Article 14.17 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation, which entails a fine of up to 200 thousand rubles. Alcohol products were seized.
