Experts say that this approach to nutrition helps to avoid stress, the irresistible desire to taste the “forbidden fruit” and, as a result, stop following a diet. It is much more comfortable for the body to live and lose excess weight gradually, without radical prohibitions and strict limits.

The advantage of this rule is practicality and realism. It makes you feel full and energetic. In addition, this approach is understandable to anyone and does not require special knowledge or training. The most important thing is to observe it constantly and without fanaticism.
