Higher revenue limit for VAT exemption. There is a signature of the president

The president signed an amendment to the Act on tax on goods and services. This Act increases the limit of revenues below which the entrepreneur is exempt from registering as a VAT taxpayer, up to 240 thousand. PLN from the current 200,000 PLN – the president's office informed on Friday.

The Act also assumes that if the taxpayer in 2025 exceeds 200,000 PLN revenues, but they will be lower than 240 thousand. PLN, it will also not have to register for VAT.

The Act belongs to the government deregulation package. Will enter into force on January 1, 2026 (PAP)
