Over time, these formations increase in size, making it difficult to complete blood circulation in the heart, brain and other vital organs.

Sweet products

Sweet drinks such as juices and soda, confectionery and pastries, due to the high sugar content, significantly increase the risk of obesity. It is known that people with an excess body weight of the body often have increased blood pressure and high blood cholesterol.

Salt food

In large quantities, salt is present in sausages, sausages, canned products, chips and finished sauces. These products also increase the likelihood of developing obesity, hypertension and other disorders in the functioning of the heart and blood vessels.

Nutrition recommendations

The doctor recommended eating foods rich in omega-3 fatty acids, fiber, antioxidants, polyphenols and trace elements. These include legumes, fruits, some vegetables and berries.

She noted that potassium and magnesium have a beneficial effect on the functioning of the heart muscle and contribute to the regulation of heart rhythm. Rich sources of potassium are bananas, potatoes, spinach, dried apricots and avocados, and magnesium can be obtained from nuts, legumes and whole grains.
