Explosion in a high-rise building in Balakovo, Saratov region. Previously, a homemade explosive device based on gunpowder went off.
It all happened on Leonov embankment. A woman who was coming out of the entrance was injured – the explosion occurred when she hit the door. She was hospitalized with leg and back injuries. The IED could have been placed in a grocery box.
