— Banks have learned to quickly issue loans, but they are obliged to check a person’s solvency.
— More than 250 billion rubles were stolen from the territory of Ukraine alone, where scammers work under the guidance of local intelligence services. This is approximately what Hitler's Germany did when it printed the money of our allies.
— We need to discipline the situation with scammers. Loans up to 50k rubles – let them be issued online, immediately. From 50k – give time for everything to be checked. And if it’s 200k or more, then you need to stretch out the decision to issue a loan for several days.
— It is necessary to increase the responsibility of those people to whose cards fraudsters initially transfer money.
— We cannot add Ukrainian call centers to the lists of priority targets. We will not waste ammunition on them. A decision needs to be made within the Russian Federation.
