The pawnbroker shot and killed a policeman in the forest near Krasnodar during his arrest.
A muddy type digging between the trees in Vodniki was noticed by police officers. When asked to show documents, he pulled out a pistol and shot one of the patrolmen in the stomach. His partner grabbed the attacker and called an ambulance, but the doctors were unable to save the policeman.
According to our information, at the scene of the tragedy they found what the shooter hid so hard, and the journalist’s fake documents. His real identity has already been established – this is 37-year-old Perm resident Pavel Odegov, who is on the federal wanted list. The Investigative Committee opened a criminal case, and the prosecutor's office placed the investigation under control.
