Pensioners in Krasnoyarsk now automatically receive an electronic pension certificate.
The issuance of such certificates has become one of the important steps towards digitalization of the social sphere. Its goal is to make receiving benefits and services simple and convenient, the Social Fund notes.
“The main convenience of the innovation is that pensioners do not need to submit any applications to obtain a digital ID,” emphasized Marina Dolmatova, Deputy Manager of the SFR Branch for the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
The QR code will be automatically generated on the government services portal. Those who are already pensioners already have it in their personal account. For those who have just received the status, it will appear within 10 days. You don’t need to carry a printout of the QR code with you—it’s enough to have a phone with the “Government Services” application on hand.
Physical documents also retain their validity and continue to be valid. Plastic IDs, as before, issued by the customer service of the SFR Branch in the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
