Ingredients:
- 10-12 highlights;
- 1.5 tsp. citric acid;
- 1.5 tsp. soluble coffee;
- 1 tsp. dry yeast;
- one glass of sugar;
- 3 l of water.
Cooking
- Pour water at room temperature into a three -liter jar, leaving a place for the ingredients.
- Add sugar, citric acid, yeast, washed raisins and soluble coffee.
- Stir well with a spoon with a long handle until the ingredients completely dissolve.
- Cover the jar with cling film, making a few holes with a knife on top.
- Leave the mixture for three hours to ferment.
- After that, pour kvass into bottles or jars and put to cool. The drink is ready for use on the same day.
