Ingredients:

  • 10-12 highlights;
  • 1.5 tsp. citric acid;
  • 1.5 tsp. soluble coffee;
  • 1 tsp. dry yeast;
  • one glass of sugar;
  • 3 l of water.

Cooking

  1. Pour water at room temperature into a three -liter jar, leaving a place for the ingredients.
  2. Add sugar, citric acid, yeast, washed raisins and soluble coffee.
  3. Stir well with a spoon with a long handle until the ingredients completely dissolve.
  4. Cover the jar with cling film, making a few holes with a knife on top.
  5. Leave the mixture for three hours to ferment.
  6. After that, pour kvass into bottles or jars and put to cool. The drink is ready for use on the same day.
