In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, a drunk man quarreled with his friend and scalded her with boiling water in a bathhouse. This was reported in the joint press service of the regional courts.
Everything happened on November 2, 2025. According to investigators, the man drank alcohol and had an argument with a woman in the bathhouse, and then grabbed a ladle and threw boiling water at her. As a result, the victim experienced severe physical pain. A forensic examination showed that the woman suffered a second-degree burn and, after healing, was left with a spot on her leg.
A criminal case was opened against the man. Law enforcement officers found out that the attacker had previously been convicted of violent crimes. Now he is being held under Part 2 of Art. 116.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (committing other violent acts that caused physical pain by a person with a criminal record).
The case was submitted to the Berezovsky District Court, but a hearing has not yet been scheduled.
