- Wash the potatoes well.
- Cut into 3-4 cm pieces.
- Place in a deep microwave-safe bowl.
- Add 2-3 tablespoons of water.
- Cover with a lid or cling film with a steam hole.
- Microwave on high for 8 minutes.
- If the pieces are large, add another 1-2 minutes.
