VIDEO. Eva Kerekes reacted after Romania – Japan 31 – 27: “I had a feeling”
“The match was amazing for me. I had emotions at the beginning, of course, but I'm glad I managed to overcome them and give my best.
We were definitely helped by the fans present in the arena. Their energy is amazing and they always lift me up. To be honest, I didn't expect there to be so many Romanian fans, although somehow I had a feeling (no feeling) that very, very many people would come because I also saw at the match with Croatia that many Romanians came. I am very happy!
My jump? Genetically that's how I am, I have no secret. It's a lot of work.
Everything is going according to plan so far at the World Championship. We want to win against Denmark too, but it will be a difficult game. We will do everything possible to win”, said Eva Kerekes immediately after the match in Rotterdam Ahoy.
Romania qualified for the main groups of the Women's Handball World Championship. Romania has one more match to play in the preliminary phase, against Denmark, one of the strongest in the world. The game was scheduled for December 1, from 21:30, in the same arena in Rotterdam.
