The charity event of the Council of Supporters “Box of Courage” started in the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
At the public support headquarters, the building of the Public Chamber of the Krasnoyarsk Territory in the capital of the region, as well as at the local branches of the United Russia party, special boxes have been installed in which everyone can put toys, books, and sets for leisure and creativity. The Box of Courage campaign aims to make children's hospital stays less stressful and more comfortable. After painful procedures, children will be able to take their favorite gift from the box.
Anyone can take part in the event. Deputies of various levels were the first to join it.
“I believe that such shares are priceless and their number cannot be limited. There is never too much help – this is the strength of our nation: we always support each other. This month, warmth and care will be with the children who are currently undergoing treatment. I hope that participation in the event will help children improve their health,” said Sergei Eremin, deputy of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation.
The promotion is annual. For everyone who wants to participate in the promotion, there are rules for the categories of toys that can be brought: any small children's toys, cars and dolls, play sets, puzzles and puzzles, educational and board games, construction sets, creativity kits, coloring books and children's books. The exception is soft toys.
“I call this action the kindest and even pain-relieving. During the month, I encourage residents of the Krasnoyarsk Territory to join in and share new toys, which we will take to the children in a month. A moment of joy will allow you to forget a little about the pain that children endure during procedures. I think that together we will bring pleasure to those children who are now courageously fighting the disease,” said Natalya Grushevskaya, chairman of the Krasnoyarsk Regional Council of Supporters, member of the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation.
You can donate gifts for young patients at the public support headquarters (Lenin St., 102), as well as at local branches of the United Russia party in the Krasnoyarsk Territory and the Public Chamber of the Krasnoyarsk Territory (Dubrovinsky St., 1).
