Mc Alger made the tragic announcement on social networks. The Champion Club has announced that the supporter of youunes Amguzzi died following the event at the match with NC Magra.

“With great sadness and pain and with the hearts I received the news that our supporter Youns Amguzzi died after falling from the upper stand,” the club said after the match in which the team secured his title.

The ceremony of awarding the trophy was canceled following the tragedy that occurred in the stands. The president of Algeria also sent a message on social networks:

“As a result of the painful tragedy that deviated today on the fans of the Mouloudia d'Alger team on the 5th July stadium, I can only convey condolences to the soul of the deceased supporter. May the Lord have mercy on him and give him eternal peace. Almighty to grant a hurry to get wounded in the accident and return to their families as soon as possible, ”the president said on platform X.

According to AAWSAT.com, the players and the staff of MC Alger went to the hospital after the wounded to donate blood and help fans who were affected by the tragedy.

It was the second consecutive title for the band in the capital of Algeria. MC Alger won the championship with a advance of only two points compared to the candidate JS Kabylie. Magra, the team with which the champions in Algeria drew, relegated to the second division.
