After a career in management and human resources consultancy, Cristina Sușchevici (Photo) founded, in 2014, the “Montessori Kids at Work” kindergarten, from the desire to contribute to the change of the future through education. Through this project, children learn to think freely, have initiative and discover the world with respect and curiosity, in an environment that cultivates their independence, critical thinking and connection with nature.

After 11 years of activity in Bucharest, the kindergarten expanded with a second headquarters in the commune 1 December, adapting to the needs of a different community. After this growth stage Cristina resorted to funding by Bt smalland the collaboration has proven quick and easy.
